Hi there, friend! My name is Olivia, and I’m happy you’re here. I’m a California-born, adventure loving mama with a passion for wellness and personal development. I decided to start this blog to share my experiences, insights, and tips with others who are also interested in this topic and on the journey of rediscovering themselves (perhaps also while navigating mama-hood). An ER nurse by trade, I appreciate evidence based research and I sometimes geek out about neuroplasticity- I have been known to go on rants about “rewiring your brain” with my loved ones. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, hiking, sailing, beach volleyball, yoga, time at the beach, and of course- time with my family. I’ve been blessed to live in such a place that I can experience these things.
On this blog, you can expect to find a variety of wellness, personal development and motherhood-related content. Some topics I’ll discuss are mind-body connection related to healing, mental wellness, gut/hormone health tips, achieving the mindset for natural childbirth, tips for tandem nursing and my favorite happiness habits. My goal is to provide helpful and informative content that will inspire and provide information in a relatable real-life way. I’ll also be getting personal and sharing how I overcame a traumatic, secretly abusive relationship. My hope is to create a community of women who share this passion about becoming victorious over the challenges of life – we’re doing it through gratitude and creating beauty in life – and it all starts with mindset.
